Conditions(s) Removal:

Personal occupancy restriction, limiting occupation to the applicant and his dependents is no longer justified for a site which is relied on by the adopted Local Plan to meet the needs of travellers generally within the District. The site is easily capable of accommodating more pitches and, is of sufficient size to accommodate 10 pitches, including the stationing of up to 13 caravans, including no more than 10 static caravans/mobile homes.
In Condition 4 remove reference to Mr McDonagh and his dependents, change the number of pitches to 10 and, increase the number of caravans to 13, including no more than 10 static caravans/mobile homes.

Change Condition 2 to refer to a 1: 1250 location plan; 1: 500 Site Layout Plan; and Floor plan and elevations of the proposed amenity building.
